Great contractor to work with and highly recommend. Fabian was incredibly responsive, always answers the phone, was quick to get the work completed and in general, went above and beyond in helping us get a moisture issue corrected.

Woke up in the middle of the night with a house full of water from a busted pipe! Finally got the water shut off, but needed to get the house dried out before everything was destroyed. We called 911 Restoration of Tampa Bay and Fabian was there with his team in no time. They removed the soaked carpet, raised delicate furniture off the floor with these cube things, and put blowers & humidifiers in the house to dry out anything that was soaked. After drying everything out over the course of a few days, they came back to remove the equipment and had all of the damaged drywall replaced. Aside from a few items and books that were unsalvageable, the place looks good as new! Lifesavers!!!

WOW is all I can say. Fabian and his team have completely blown us away. Not only were they FAST to respond and send someone out to help with our flood and water damage, but they were kind, professional and very honest. What more could I ask for when I was stressed more than I had ever been about my home?! I asked Fabian and his team very direct questions and got honest answers and great professional and expert guidance. I felt completely taken care of and can now sleep with ease knowing my home is mold and water damage free. 5 STARS FOR 911 RESTORATION!!!!

I rarely write reviews but I had to acknowledge our positive experience working with Fabian. My wife and I were out of state and dealing with water damage to our home. Fabian provided updates and maintained consistent communication with us via telephone, text and email. He honestly answered all of our questions and charged us a very fair price for his services. Fabian could have tried to take advantage of us given our situation but unlike other companies, he showed his professional integrity and charged us a fair price for the necessary work. I don't trust many contractors but he earned our trust and respect. He'll be the first person we call if needed in the future. I fully recommend this company!

I recently had the mold restoration work done from this company, Initially during the estimated, they were nice and came and get the quote, once I gave them the work, their tone changed when I called to ask updates, they were rude, I do not want to give his name as it might affect his performance, but if he is reading this, he will understand it is him, and after the work was done, I called back as the water in my shower was not flowing, the same guy again was very rude as I had already made the payment, he did not bother for customer service. Looks like they need to learn how to speak to customers professionally.
